Residential Incentive Programs

I hope you are aware that as a homeowner - or potential homeowner - in Farmers Branch, you are eligible for tremendous financial incentives to renovate an existing home, or build a new one. The Residential Incentive Program provides citizens with cash and complimentary services for renovation and beautification done on your property, and the popularity of this program is surging!

There are three categories of the program, each with varying levels of incentives: the New Home Program, the Major Remodel Program, and the Exterior Makeover Program. You can find out all the details of these great programs here:

This is a program that is open to all homeowners, regardless of property size or location. To date, 27 homes have been impact by the programs. And those homes come from every neighborhood in the city, and the majority of the program participants are homeowners whose properties are worth less than $150,000. This program is working for all citizens of Farmers Branch!

Nicole Recker, Marketing Specialist for the city, has done a fabulous job of administering the program, and marketing it across the Metroplex. She told me that to date she's received over 280 calls or inquiries about the program, and her efforts have landed details of the program in the Dallas Morning News, WFAA Channel 8 News, WBAP 820, TXCN News, and Pegasus Online Newspaper, among others. Plus, check out the new Neighborsgo section of your Saturday Dallas Morning News, and you'll probably see an eye-catching ad for the city, and the wonderful home options we have. And just recently, the program was profiled by the Dallas Business Journal in their July 13 issue, you can read it here:

If you want to know more about the Residential Incentive Program, and what it could mean to you if you were in the market to remodel a bathroom or kitchen, add an addition, paint your house, improve your landscaping, or build an entire new house, call Nicole today to discuss what the city can do for you! She can be reached at 972-919-2509, and I know she'd love to hear from you.
